By accessing and using Yottabyte's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Yottabyte offers professional training in data technologies, including but not limited to dbt and Snowflake. Courses may be offered in person, remote, or hybrid format.
Course enrollment is subject to availability. Payment must be made as agreed at the time of enrollment. All prices are expressed in euros and may be subject to change.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for a refund. After the course begins, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances at Yottabyte's discretion.
All course content, including materials, presentations, and resources, is the property of Yottabyte and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any course material is prohibited.
Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior during training sessions. Yottabyte reserves the right to remove participants who do not meet this requirement, without entitlement to a refund.
Yottabyte does not guarantee specific results or employability after course completion. Professional success depends on multiple factors beyond the training received.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
